Financial Savings Generate "ROI"
In addition to effectively solving problems and assisting client needs,
we also fully recognize that we must must demonstrate that our
service generates financial savings for our customers. We are achieving
impressive results savings tens of thousands of dollars for our clients.
This translates to a handsome "Return On Investment" for employers who
have purchased our services. In the broadest sense, we see savings in
the following areas: |
Productivity Savings
Finding "Lost" Money
Reduced Medical Claims Cost

Productivity Savings
Since we are familiar with the maze, our work frees either the Human
Resources staff or the employees of an organization from having to deal
with the matter at hand, this category of savings is fairly significant.
|
We are regularly spending a fraction -
about a fifth or less - of the time that the organization's staff or
their employees had been spending trying to resolve similar issues. Our
clients provide the best testimony in this area.:
"We just couldn't get through the red tape." "Based on what they do and
the fees they charge, it was a no-brainer. What we found is they are
good at getting things done with the snap of a finger because they know
the right person to talk to or the right form to fill out. They solved
the problems in a matter of minutes, and it enabled the manger to go
back to work free of that burden." "Many case would have caused
much more heavy financial burden if not handled by a qualified team."

 | Finding "Lost" Money
We are finding significant savings for our clients in a host of areas
including incorrect billing charges, improved provider negotiations, and
better purchasing practices. Interestingly, in many cases we find these
savings incidentally when asked to resolve a related problem. In a
recent representative case, one of our members was left to pay a balance
of almost $25,000 in physician and hospital charges following review of
his claim by his insurance carrier. We intervened on behalf of our
member and were able to eliminate virtually the entire balance following
discussions and negotiations with the medical providers involved.
|

 | Reduced Medical Claims Cost
We are also seeing enormous financial implications in the area of what
is best described as "Doctor Shopping" or "Medical Ping-Pong." Our work
reveals a pattern of multiple medical claims as individuals in need of
care wander their way through the system and "get lost" in the
healthcare maze.
In this scenario, the employee or their family member has a medical
problem, but cannot get the appropriate relief. They search to find the
"best" physician to treat or manage their condition. The result as they
go from doctor to doctor is duplicate laboratory tests, unnecessary
diagnostic procedures and wasted medications. Of course, claim costs in
these cases grow exponentially.
One example of our solution for this problem is our Advocates of
Excellence program. It is designed to provide immediate intervention to
help get our members to the "best-in-class" provider and have their care
properly managed. This "do it right the first time" approach saves both
precious medical resources and significant costs.
