CorpWell is
committed to protecting your privacy. This policy statement informs you of how
we will handle information we learn about you from your visit to our web site.
Names, phone
numbers, e-mail and mailing addresses, and other personal information are
collected only as part of explicit registration processes such as purchasing or
registering for services, requesting additional information, or registering for
one of our training courses. We will not make your personal information
available to anyone. We do not have any control of this privacy once you leave
our sites.
When you order
our services or register for a trial or full version of our products, we need to
know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and credit card data. This
information allows us to process and fulfill your order, to register your
subscriptions and contact you if we need additional information.
When you
submit feedback on our products via the feedback command, we also ask for your
e-mail address. This is to allow us or one of our resellers or partners to
contact you if there are questions about your input.
How does
CorpWell protect customer information?
When you place orders or register your account information, we offer the use of
a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you
input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect
is protected against unauthorized access via a highly secure firewall.
We use
WebTrends Live to analyze traffic to this web site as well as protect our site
from credit card fraud. Unlike some tracking services, WebTrends Live does not
create individual profiles for visitors or maintain a database of individual
profiles for each visitor. WebTrends Live collects only aggregate data. For more

Credit Card order protection:
To provide full protection: Our system provides IP address of
every customer who submits an order. This IP address can then be traced to its
owner - usually an ISP. System Administrators are informed of the illegal
activity. In many cases, the ISP will identify the suspect and cancel their ISP
account. Reports are copied to Anti Fraud reporting agencies. We then
forward those reports to our contacts in Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.
