FEES

Our services include a team of professionals to address your medical concerns immediately. This team includes doctors, nurses and managers. Each call or web request is carefully screened. After a careful review of your medical question a research team work on the condition to give you the best possible answer. When indicated an appropriate facility is chosen for your care. Our privileged relationship with a nationwide network of practices allows us to obtain appointments, usually within one hour of the request. This is an outstanding performance contrasted with usual waiting time for most patients of up to three weeks. Following your care, the details of your case are reviewed again by a team of health care professionals and appropriate follow-up is rendered to insure optimum care. We pride in professional personnel as well as in outstanding medical care.

To ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable, our fees are based on the Medirisk fee database. Medirisk's data is based on statistical analysis of over 350 million insurance company claims supplemented by surveys of managed care plans, insurers, and physicians. Medirisk's data is used by over 3000 organizations including many major insurance companies and managed care plans to verify their reimbursement levels. The data is updated every six months. We care to be fair, therefore we charge 80% of these fees. If your insurance tells you that our fees are above the usual & customary you may use this statement as documentation for fees validation. Emergency visits are Immediate care visits. Unfortunately there is no ICD code describing the service more precisely. Customers seeking services are informed of the cost of services at the time of the appointment.

ILLEGAL USE

Your refusal to pay for services rendered could be construed as a fraudulent use of your credit card to obtain services. Unless bills are paid in full, we may have no recourse but to report it to the appropriate authorities. This may result for example in loss or suspension of you privileges for credit card use as well as for medical services in any of the 8000 affiliated medical facilities. We understand your concerns but strongly urge you to think of the consequences of your actions.
