Fees are fair and reasonable
To ensure that our fees are fair and
reasonable, our fees are based on the Medirisk fee database. Medirisk's data is
based on statistical analysis of over 350 million insurance company claims
supplemented by surveys of managed care plans, insurers, and physicians.
Medirisk's data is used by over 3000 organizations including many major
insurance companies and managed care plans to verify their reimbursement levels.
The data is updated every six months. We care to be fair, therefore we charge
80% of these fees. If your insurance tells you that our fees are above the usual
& customary you may use this statement as documentation for fees validation.
Emergency visits are Immediate care visits. Unfortunately there is no ICD code
describing the service more precisely. Customers seeking services are informed
of the cost of services at the time of the appointment.
Your Privileges
We offer trust privileges to any customers who
are in need of
services. However, these may be revoked at any time for misuse.
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, refusal to pay
after services have been given could be construed as a fraudulent credit card
use. Unless fees are paid in full, we may have no recourse but to report
it to the appropriate authorities. This may result for example in loss or
suspension of privileges for credit card use as well as for medical services in
any of the 8000 affiliated medical facilities. We understand concerns
regarding costs but strongly urge customers to think of the consequences of
their actions.
